[3rd contest] Creamy Queso Nachos [Lv.Advanced]

Updated: Apr 28, 2021

When I made the Creamy Queso, I immediately knew it would be great on Nachos and it does not disappoint! Since the queso is made from veggies, you can feel good about eating these nachos and if you have kids, it's a great way to sneak extra veggies in!

I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Plant-Based Chef. Health and cooking are two things. I'm very passionate about it. I love to transform normally unhealthy dishes into something healthy enough you can eat without guilt!
