[1st contest] Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs [Lv.intemediate]

This is something I had an epiphany about and thought it would be fun to make!
Hi! My name is Ashley and I live in Prescott Valley, AZ. I just recently finished culinary school and am trying to make myself known to the world through my cooking!

Total Time : 1hour 40 minutes.
Prep Time : 30 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Other Time : Chilling for 1 hour
Size of Container : Round mold
INGREDIENTS
Hard Boiled Eggs
Mayonnaise
Yellow Mustard
Smoked Salmon
Chives, diced
Water
Agar Agar Powder
Salt and Pepper
COOKER / TOOL
Round shaped silicone mold
What is Deviled Eggs? 🇮🇹
Deviled eggs (American English) or devilled eggs (British English), also known as stuffed eggs, Russian eggs, or dressed eggs, are hard-boiled eggs that have been shelled, cut in half, and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as mayonnaise and mustard. ★ TIP ★
For less time in the kitchen, always have hard-boiled eggs on hand ready to go. I recommend boiling them a day before so they can pickle in the beet juice in the refrigerator.
🥣 DIRECTION
1 tsp Agar Agar Powder
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp Smoked Salmon
1/2 cup Chives, diced
3/4 cup Water
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
A Pinch Salt and Pepper

Boil water. Then add Agar Agar Powder. Let it cool.

While it's cooling, make your deviled egg filling by adding the yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard to a bowl and mix.

Once the Agar Agar Powder liquid has cooled, add the chives, smoked salmon, and egg mixture to a mold and cover with Agar Agar Powder liquid.

Let set for 15 minutes in the refrigerator and then place on the egg white for a fancy presentation!
