[2nd contest] Summer Paradise [Lv.Advanced]

Use the freshest ingredients in the season, and work with my magic to come up with a guilt-free dessert!
I love the baking part of baking, not just the eating. I tend to embark on baking with the intention to share what I am making.

Servings: 8 people.
Total Time : 2days 15hours.
Prep Time : 5 minutes.
Cooking Time : 10 minutes.
Other Time : Shelf 3 days in the fridge
Size of Container : 7oz
INGREDIENTS
Coconut Milk
Cold Water
Granulated Sugar
Agar Agar Powder
Cold Water (or substitute with grape juice)
Raspberry
Blueberry
Kiwi
COOKER / TOOL
Muffin Tin
Pudding Jar
★ TIP ★
Dissolved Agar Agar Powder in cold water instead of hot.
🥣 DIRECTION
Step 1. Coconut Jello
1 can Coconut Milk
2 cups Cold Water
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1.3 Tbsp Agar Agar Powder

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients A (Coconut milk, cold water, granulated sugar, Agar Agar Powder). Whisk frequently, cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to boil.

Pour 3 oz of the cooked mixture from step 1 into the pudding jar, lay down 45% in the muffin tin. Put it in the fridge and let it chilled for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Fruits Topping
3/4 cup Raspberry
3/4 cup Blueberry
1/2 cup Kiwi

Put raspberries, blueberries, and kiwi on top of the coconut jello from step 2.
Step 3. Clear Jello
3 cups Cold Water (or substitute with grape juice)
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1.3 Tbsp Agar Agar Sugar

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients B (coldwater, granulate sugar, Agar Agar Powder). Whisk frequently cooks over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2)
Pour 3oz of the cooked mixture from step 4 into the pudding jar, put it in the fridge, and let it chilled for 5 min.
